SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via Canada Post for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. International orders are shipped AirMail with a tracking number.
International Returns – note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information (if available) as well as a link to track your package online (if available).
